I am planning a roadtrip August to start in Edmonton August 19th, Lloydminster, Saskatoon, Regina, Lethbridge? Calgary, Red Deer and points in BC hoping to visit smaller cities en route from SK, AB, BC and back to Victoria.

Unfortunately I will not stop in a smaller town to see one single person, there must be a request for at least two people and multiple hour appointments will be priority at this point.
