If we could take ourselves, to a place real far
In between the earth and sky
If we could drift in dream, and wonder where we are
In the place where Angels fly

If we could close our eyes, go deep in thought
Just to hear them as they spoke
And to see this place, that all time forgot
And remember it when we woke

All the things they said, while we were there
those thoughts will never cease,
They will come to us, for the Angels care
They will come and bring us peace.

Can those Angels take us, hand-in-hand
And guide us through this cloud
If we take a fall, will they help us stand
Can we hear them speak aloud?

If we cold ask them just, bring back that Love
From all those years we spent
If I knew sometime, we would meet above
That would deep my heart content.

Can they help us mend, our broken heart
Do they know if we could be
Taken back in time, where our Love did start
To that time those Angels see?

If they could lead our path, towards Heaven's Gate
And when we get there, w could find
That through all our lives, this was worth the wait
They weren't images in our mind.

Come and take us now, let our wings take flight
Don't let us drift too far.
And when we find that place if it feels just right
Please tell us where we are,

And if our hearts divide, they go separate ways
Will you help her have no fear
Let her hear your song, as the harp-string plays
Will you Angels please stay near?

Please keep her close, and teach her things
And show her that you care
And show her how, she can take her wings
